Below are the definetions for the hazards table.


Thunderstorms
None- No Thunderstorms are expected
Low- Scattered Thunderstorms are in the forecast.
Moderate- Thunderstorms are likely, a few maybe strong. Or if the SPC has a slight risk for severe weather.
High- Widespread Thunderstorms expected, or if the SPC has a moderate or high risk for severe weather.


Hail
None- No threat for hail.
Low- Isolated Hail producing thunderstorms, or if under a slight risk of severe weather in hail caterogry.
Moderate-Thunderstorms that may produce hail, or if under a slight risk with hail main threat.
High- When under moderate or high risk of severe with hail.


Strong Winds
None- Winds <25 mph
Low Winds 25-35mph
Medium 35-50mph
High: >50mph, High Wind Warning, or if outlooked in moderate or high risk for severe weather with damaging winds.

Heavy Rain
None- Light drizzle, or calm weather.
Low- Isolated showers, some with moderate rain
Moderate- Scattered Rain showers, widespread  light to moderate rain
High- Widespread moderate to heavy rain, or Flood Watch.

Lightning

None- No thunderstorms forecasted
Low- Isolated Thunderstorms
Moderate- Thunderstorms Likely
High- Severe Weather expected


Tornadoes
None- No threat expected.
Low- Isolated Tornado possible, slight risk from SPC in area.
Moderate- Moderate risk from SPC for tornadoes
High- High risk from SPC for tornadoes

Cold/Heat
None- No harmful temperatues
Low- Temperatures or windchill below 15ºF  or temp/heat index above 86ºF, or if Freeze Warning for plants.
Moderate- Temperature/Wind Chill below 5ºF or temp/heat index above 91ºF
High- Wind Chill or Heat Advisory in effect 

Winter Weather
None- No winter precip expected
Low- No ice accumulation, snow showers with around 1 to 2 inches possible.
Moderate- Ice accumulation around 1/10" or less, 2 to 5 inches of snow, Winter Weather Advisory.
High- >1/10" of ice, >6" of snow, Winter Storm Warning

Visibilty
None- Normal visiblity
Low- Visiblity 2-3 miles
Moderate- 3/4-2" miles
High- widespread <3/4 mile, Dense fog advisory.
